  1. How can I order?

 

  • First, select the item(s), size and quantity that you want to purchase on the item product page.
 
  • Then, add the item into your cart by selecting 'ADD TO CART' and continue with ordering process.
 
  • You will then be guided to the payment process. After you fill in the required information, click the Submit button and finish ordering.
  • An order # will be provided at the completion of your order.

 

  1. Do you have the product in stock?

 

We make every attempt to ensure that items you have ordered are available. However, occasionally we run out of popular items. If you ordered an item that is out of stock, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know.

 

If we do not expect to receive your ordered item back in stock, we will cancel that item from your order. If you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, or for taxes or shipping on that item.

 

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept Amazon Pay, Paypal, Visa and MasterCard payments on our website.

 

  1. What are the typical shipping timeframes and what carriers do you use?

 

  • For domestic shipments, the average shippinig timeframe is 3-7 days
  • For product arriving from international warehouses and manufacturers, timeframes may vary:
  • Basic shipping is 2-4 weeks
  • Expedited is 5-10 days
  • We use a variety of logistics partners: USPS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX and more

 

  1. What is shipping cost? Will I pay for it?

 

Shipping cost depends on your location and product you bought. It is calculated on checkout. Please add the product you want to buy to your cart and complete checkout process. Free shipping is included in certain value order purchases as listed on the webpage.

 

  1. I placed an order, but haven't seen any movement from NUESTOCK. Should I be worried?

 

No, you shouldn't worry. Depending on the shipping method selected, most orders leave our Distribution Center within 48 business hours after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Warehouse response times vary between 24-48 hours depending on time zone and region. You can always track your package on our site or contact us through email or chat.   1. I never received my order and my tracking shows delivered, what do I do?

 

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

 

NUESTOCK does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

  1. What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Check the full Returns policy in our footer menu. 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please contact us via chat or email at Help@nuestock.com

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll work with you to fix the issue.
